"Relapsed Follicular Lymphoma"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 4N - Haematology and Oncology Ward Prince of Wales Hospital / L4 NCCC - Haematology Oncology Day Centre (HODC)

(as the patient),

I received an Autologous Stem Cell Transplant for my relapsed Follicular Lymphoma recently at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick. It was an extremely daunting and difficult process for me and my family to go through.

The care and professionalism of the Nurses and Doctors of Ward 10West and the Haematology Oncology Day Centre (HODC) were second to none. The 24/7 treatment and care I received from both the Doctors and Nurses from start to finish was an absolute credit to both the Hospital and South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.

Dear tangokm39,

Thank you kindly for taking the time to share your experience with us. Undergoing a Stem Cell transplant would have been an incredibly daunting experience for you and your family.

The qualities you describe for the staff certainly embodies the core values of our organisation. I will pass your feedback on to the 10 west and HODC teams.

I wish you well in your recovery and again thank you for taking the time to notify us via Care Opinion.

Warm Regards

Natalie
