Hi, I was going to Perth to see my great-grandson and family and I developed a watery nose, headache, dry throat and felt unwell so I thought I had caught the virus. So I went to the Collie Hospital for a check-up. The staff listened to me and tested me and said they would do it as fast as possible. They did. My result was prompt and after a few days I received a result that was OK. I have never received such good care.

It has been a trying and sometimes scary year for all of us. The staff at Collie have received excellent training in response to the COVID 19 pandemic and are stocked with all the necessary personal protective equipment needed. It is great to hear that you received prompt and appropriate care to ensure the safety of your family and precious great-grandson. I will pass your feedback on to the staff. Thank you.
