I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to the Pilbara PATS team.

Recently, my child had to have an MRI done in Perth after a knee injury. The appointment was at quite a short notice. I sent through my application for PATS and phoned them later. Their help was very efficient and friendly, and they could secure flights on this very short notice.

Two weeks later, my child was called with a surgery appointment, once again, very short notice. I went through the same process with the same result.

This was the first time in 12 years living in Karratha I had to make use of this service. I had a very good experience dealing with the PATS team with a great result for my child.

Thank you for the great service you provided! Much appreciated
