My parent had a stroke earlier this year. They were fortunate enough to be taken to The Prince of Wales Hospital Randwick, where they were admitted to the Acute Stroke Ward. From there, my parent ended up in rehab for 3 months.
During their time in rehab, my parent was looked after by Nicole who was their physio. I would just like to say on my parent's behalf, Nicole was very thorough, strong but caring and able to give my parent their confidence back, enabling them to walk again on their own. She knew how to push my parent when they needed but also had the foresight to know when my parent had had enough.
Nicole also came to our home to check everything out so I was more confident once my parent came home. I found Nicole very easy to talk to which made me feel at ease, her knowledge and kindness in her work is a gift.
Yours sincerely.
"Received amazing care"
