(as a service user),

I found Lives Lived Well (LLW) on google and was through LLW that I was informed about the group support sessions. Jay is the educator of the group sessions which I have attended and I can not recommend him enough! He is extremely informative, supportive, caring and professional in my opinion! With his personal and professional input, I feel he has helped me a lot personally with my recovery and maintenance by just being himself and caring so much!

I feel he would be of great support/ great counsellor for anyone struggling with addiction and I would again highly recommend Jay for anyone who needs support in this area. Thank you for your time and your caring nature Jay! You are a rare gem!💎

Well done for persisting and finding the support that has made a difference for you and for putting the learnings into practice so you can maintain the life you want to lead.
