About: St John of God Midland Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

After attending hospital in ambulance with a dislocated shoulder, waited over an hour in excruciating pain.

Took 45 minutes to get the laughing gas! Went back with increased pain. No one looked at my shoulder, felt it or made sure the sling was supportive enough.

I’ve spent 24 hours supporting my own shoulder as the sling is at least one size larger than appropriate.

Seems pretty negligent and unprofessional in my opinion.
