(as the patient),

I had a fall at home and fractured and dislocated my shoulder. The SJA paramedics were just amazing. On arrival at the ED, I was attended to by the most highly skilled and compassionate staff. I wish I could name them all but Dr Mitch, RN Caroline and Orderly Max were just superb in their delivery of excellence of care. Just WOW... Thank you so very much. Words just could not express my sincerest gratitude.

It is also really encouraging to see that the positive interactions you had with the staff involved nurses, doctors and patient care assistants alike.
