"The very special care I received at Geraldton Regional Hospital"

About: Geraldton Hospital

(as a service user),

I want to put a special post and call out to Geraldton Regional Hospital.  

I attended recently for day surgery.  

Me & Hospitals are not great friends and it causes me more than high anxiety JUST to get there.  

I want to thank all the staff who looked after me on the day. But in particular, Dr Ian (Anaesthesist) who managed my anxiety with such professionalism and made sure I was calm and feeling safe. Sandy (my Nurse) on the day who went over and beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable and attended to my every need. In my opinion, you have done Me, The Community and the Regional Hospital proud. What amazing care and service. 

This is where I am supposed to say “I’ll be back” but hopefully NOT and if I do, I sure hope I am that fortunate enough next time to have such great, great care and service.
