(as a service user),

After experiencing a severe dizzy attack at home recently, I was taken into the Emergency department quickly. For five days I was looked after better than the average king, with frequent attention and good meals from cheerful staff who liaised with my private specialists to get my heart on the right track.

Coming into hospital can often be a daunting experience, but to hear you describe the great care you received from our staff makes me proud beyond words.

Ensuring that our patients feel reassured whilst they are in our care is one of our key priorities as an organisation and it is always excellent to hear when this is done to an exemplary level.

I have already shared your feedback with the teams involved in your care! The staff will be so pleased to read your story and hear that they were able to make you feel so comfortable during what can be a very distressing time.
