(as a carer),

Thank you to the amazing staff of the Bass Coast Health (BCH) Program Activity Group (PAG) Support.

During the challenging shut downs due to COVID-19 this year, my spouse has been isolated between the dialysis unit and home.

Your weekly phone calls have been a vital lifeline for us (my spouse also enjoys the posted puzzles).

As their carer, I have been so grateful for your continued contact and support. To hear them laugh with the support staff over the phone has been uplifting for us both.

Please be reassured that your amazing work does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.

Dear gratefulcarer,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this lovely feedback. It is very true that much of the work in COVID times isn't easily apparent but I am sure it won't have gone unnoticed by carers and care recipients who have done it pretty tough during the past months.

I know our social support staff have also found it very difficult to be so distant from their much-loved clients, and I know this regular connection has been very important to them also.

We look forward to working with you all to try to find our new normal over the coming weeks.

I hope you and yours enjoy a safe and happy Christmas.
