"Staff attitude and care"

About: Berkeley Vale Care Community

(as a relative),

I felt the staff were nothing but rude and careless. Absolutely appalling attitude, in my opinion, towards the family of patients and to patients.

My grandparent was left to tend to themselves. I believe they were told they cannot eat, not being cared for properly and on high medications. When contacted, staff speak in a disgraceful manner, talk over you and hang up on you, then don’t call back or answer - one staff member in particular.
