(as the patient),

I was nervous about my procedure as I had no escort. I was reassured by both nursing and medical staff prior to the procedure and felt safe.

I had to be admitted afterwards, was visited by both surgeon and anaesthetist afterwards and assured all went well. 

All nursing and support services staff that I interacted with were polite, professional and caring.

I felt very safe and secure in my time at Derby Hospital.
