I want to say a big thank you to all the kind, caring, patient, capable people who helped me today during my visit to Box Hill Emergency. From Michael at the entrance to Triage nurses Amelia and Di to Nurse Mun, my cheerful carer on the ward cubicle area, all of whom enabled a visit to the efficient X-ray department, finishing up with Karen the physio who patiently gave advice.  

The Department ran like clockwork and I am very grateful for the great healthcare service this group and others provide for us citizens when needed.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share these comments regarding your experience when attending the Emergency Department at Eastern Health's Box Hill Hospital. I was so pleased to read it was a positive one.

It will give me great pleasure to provide your comments to Amelia, Di, Mun and Karen as well as their managers so they see the impact they had. It's clear to me they all demonstrated the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility.
