I brought my elderly parent in for their pre-admission appointments for upcoming hip replacement surgery. The whole pre-admission process was so smooth, efficient and thorough, I was extremely impressed.
Brittany, on reception, and Rachael, the PAC nurse, were welcoming and patient, even when we were running a bit late due to traffic.
We weren't waiting more than five minutes for each appointment, everyone through every appointment was professional and helpful.
As a health professional myself, I was probably more likely to scrutinise, however, I can only praise and congratulate.
