(as a relative),

I wish to register my thanks to Dr Ben and his nursing assistants who treated my elderly parent recently in the Bunbury Hospital emergency department - my parent was in a cubicle most of the day recently. They were treated with kindness, compassion and very thoroughly. Unfortunately, there were no beds available in either side of the co-located hospital for my parent to be admitted and I decided to continue their care at home but decided this course of action with guidance from Dr Ben. 

Thanks again for everything you did for my parent.
