I felt very comfortable + Christmas decorations on arrival was a real treat + welcoming feel. Not clinical.

I am glad the team made you feel welcome and we always endeavour to provide the best patient experience at Derby Fitzroy Valley Health Service.

It is often a daunting experience to come to hospital as a patient undergoing surgical procedures. Thank you for sharing your experience on Care Opinion and it is wonderful to hear of our team’s hard work and their commitment to providing personal patient care.
