(as the patient),

I believe the Dr took their time to see 5 patients. In my opinion, Dr doesn't deserve to be a dr, calling patients fat. I believe dr cancelled scripts due to me walking out mid-panic attack after, I felt, they were picking on the size of me.

I would like to apologise that you did not feel that your concerns were appropriately considered and addressed during your attendance at EGHS. It is never pleasant to hear that the services we provide have not met your expectations, but we appreciate the time that you have taken to tell us about your experiences, so that we can address these and prevent them from happening in the future.

If you would like to make a formal complaint, please do so via our website or by phone so we will be able to review the incident and discuss with the Dr involved.

I hope that if you require medical assistance and support in the future that you will still feel comfortable attending EGHS.
