(as a service user),

I presented at the Margaret River hospital with my sibling recently. We were extremely impressed by the efficient and attentive (not to mention, friendly!) staff.

The nurse who helped us, Annette, was kind, caring and personable. Although slightly shocked at how small the ED area is, in my opinion, for such a busy, tourist town, we would definitely come back should the need arise. Thank you to all the staff.

It is great to hear you received the prompt and patient-centred care we aim to provide to all of our patients.

I also would like to thank you for your comments on the size of our Emergency area, which has been identified as an area of improvement that we can work towards as our region grows.
