"Exceptional care at Busselton Health Campus"

I'd like to recognise and acknowledge the amazing care team at Busselton Health Campus. I had some elective surgery at the end of last year and every staff member I came into contact with was professional, friendly, informative, reassuring and kind. Staff introduced themselves and others to me, explained what was happening and what was going to happen every step of the way and answered all of my questions.

My heartfelt thanks go to Consultant Surgeon Dr Ryan, Consultant Anaesthetist Dr Miles and all the clinical and non-clinical support staff involved in my care. I experienced no pain whatsoever and have healed well and quickly. Unfortunately, I cannot remember all of the names of the wonderful staff I met in theatre and recovery but I am so appreciative to you all.

A special thanks to pre-admission nurse Debbie, ward nurse Heather, night doctor Chandon, pain management nurse Tash, physio Kristy and OT Amy - who coordinated with my local hospital to provide me with support equipment for when I got home. Also, an extra special thanks to night nurse Grace, for your kind, patient and gentle care, shown to me and, I believe, to others on the ward throughout the night.

Thank you for checking in on me when I couldn't sleep and for making me all those lovely cups of tea. I am so grateful to you all for the world-class care and service I received.
