(as a relative),

On behalf of our family, we would like to send our heartfelt thanks to the Doctors and Nurses who were involved with the care of my Aunt on Ward 5D FSH prior to her passing.

Special thanks to Carl (clinical nurse on night duty last night) when my Aunt passed. Also to Palliative Care Doctors, who constantly reviewed her pain management and made sure she was as comfortable as possible.

All the staff on every shift were fantastic and gave my Aunt wonderful care. So caring, respectful and professional.

Bless you, all for the hard work you all do.

Condolences on the passing of your Aunt. It sounds like she was much-loved for the care she received to have been so important to you.

We really appreciate you sharing your thoughts and compliments during this very difficult time. Please rest assured I have passed your compliment on to Carl and the rest of the 5D team, as well as our palliative care team.

I am very proud of all of the staff here across Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG), they truly are kind, caring and compassionate, and I am glad that was reflected in your experience.
