(as a service user),

I had the world’s best team look after me. From Dr Peter, the surgeon, to all the nurses in ICU and the Cardiothoracic ward. These people were amazing. 

I cannot find words to describe how professional and caring they were. I was so impressed with everyone I dealt with, which is very rare in life. So thank you so much.

They are truly exceptionally skilled, empathetic and highly professional. We are impressed to read that your cardiothoracic experience has highlighted the dedication and care of our clinical staff in supporting you through your hospital stay. We appreciate this can be a very distressing time for our patients and our clinical staff have helped and supported you in your recovery and rehabilitation from this major operation.
