(as a service user),

I have Parkinson's Disease and currently having treatment by the Physio Department.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the amazing hard work and dedication from the Physio Department at Osborne Park Hospital, especially Anita and her team. They show so much kindness, care, compassion and empathy.

It's been an absolute delight and I look forward every week to our session.
