(as a service user),

I've been hearing a lot of the procedures on covid testing and most of them weren't nice.   When I thought that I should be having one, I was quite uncertain and nervous but to my surprise, Mandy and Ruby made me comfortable and ensured that everything will be fine.  

Specifically, Mandy who spent her time to explain the procedures in details which has calmed me down. Thanks Mandy.
