I feel it is an absolutely horrible experience every time I have come here. From receiving a drip from a nurse and them spilling my blood across the floor. Then leaving the drip in my arm and in my opinion, dismissing me.
Then, based on my observations, ignoring my friend with pneumonia during COVID. Then ignoring my partner who had concrete in their eye for over eight hours.
I believe you are meant to help people. What’s confusing about that?
