"Procedure at Collie Hospital"

About: Collie Hospital / Surgery

(as a service user),

I was treated with the utmost compassion and respect recently. There were delays in theatre and I was rung at home to advise me of such and to not to come in till a bit later. They couldn’t apologise enough for the delay. From the Surgeon to the Anaesthetist and all the nurses I couldn’t wish for better care.

Dear scoreboardrj37,

Thank you so much for your lovely comment.

While I’m sorry that there was a short delay to your procedure, I’m glad that you were kept well informed and received great care from all involved.

All the staff at Collie Hospital take great pride in our customer service and to see that is appreciated by our patients is very pleasing.

Thank You

Barry Moroney
