"Reaching a patient by phone"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 5N - Acute Aged Care Ward

(as a relative),

I tried for 4 days to be connected to my elderly relative who is bedridden. I've tried every option possible to have their phone moved within reach so they can answer the incoming calls. Each attempt, the phone rings out, after I have been transferred 3-4 times.

As they are not in good health, it would be too bad if I didn't get to talk to them before they passed! What a sad situation to be in! In my opinion, POW lift your game.
