After living in Bunbury for a few years, I came into hospital in early 2021 in dreadful pain - staff were quick comforting and kind to get on top of everything.
I went to a ward that night - I noticed the staff from ED had come up from the wards. I think the staff are amazing here, very efficient happy, helpful people - not 1 grumpy person.
Yet, in my opinion, it's clear there needs to be more people working here helping with the lack of staff. The rush at times and stress put on the nursing staff who I believe at times have to do wards of 10 people and emergency dept.
I understand there are orderlies having to be on wards working 12 hours shifts to cover E. D., nursing staff (2) nurses for everything - come on Governments, I think you should look after these essentials.
