"Lack of USB charging ports"

About: St John of God Midland Hospital

(as other),

The midland hospital has no USB charging ports which means you either need to bring a power adapter or sit in your car to charge your phone. Update the power points so people can stay with their loved ones.

Hello D00m3d 0n3,

Thank you for your post regarding the provision of USB charging ports at St John of God Midland Public Hospital. I acknowledge that we don’t have dedicated USB ports in the hospital and mobile phone chargers are required. Staff will always provide assistance wherever possible and a number of our wards do carry a selection of phone chargers that patients, family members and carers can use as needed. We appreciate your feedback, we will definitely explore the feasibility of installing USB ports and if you would like to contact our Patient Experience team to discuss this matter further, please do so on 9462 4901.

Kind regards

Janet Jones
