I was absolutely appalled by the way I was spoken to by the administration worker ๐ I have a significant cardiac condition & my dentist recommended I get a root canal done asap because of my health. He started the procedure & has put a temporally filling in & told me to go back & get another voucher to finish it off.
When I rang up to let them know, I felt I was spoken to rudely & told I have to wait 12months & before I could say anything else, the person hung up on me ๐
(I believe this person is trying to play god with my health ๐ so not happy). In my opinion, this person has poor people skill's & shouldn't be working with the public ๐
