"Delivery of extra services and turn over of management"

Lovely facility to look at and well-appointed rooms however, in my experience, you have to request for everything which makes visiting stressful. I think extra service (ES) are expensive and, in my opinion, they do not deliver what is advertised, always seeming to cite a difference in expectation. This is also very frustrating. 

I don’t think you should believe everything you read or hear from the management.

There have been approx 6-8 chefs at least since my parent arrived and the standard of food produced is, in my opinion, definitely not fine dining as promised.

Very disappointed.

There have been several General Managers and Care Managers. I believe there is no stability and things missed in changeovers  - very frustrating, especially when, in my opinion, Opal still take our money and fail to deliver a quality service.
