How do I feel? I feel absolutely depressed about the care factor and follow up. I had a procedure on my right breast to remove a growth, there was a follow up 10 days post-op. They noted that I did not have a GP and said all relative information would be emailed to me. Several weeks and no information has been sent. I have contacted the breast clinic numerous times and I believe not one person has come back to me.

Over one of the conversations, the receptionist told me to contact the OAIC, this I did do and the response I got was that they cannot help me and to contact the hospital directly as it is their responsibility. Now I am waiting once again for someone to contact me. I can provide my UR details.

I am thinking that if this task cannot be done maybe I should voice my concern to the ombudsman, or media.
