Every single person in the Billington Centre I encountered recently in the morning during the procedure from start to finish was absolutely lovely, and made the experience very comfortable. Not what I was expecting!

Thank you so much to all the nurses, doctors, carers and sedator. Kudos to all the hard work you do! Keep being the kind, chatty, helpful and patient bunch you are! :)
