"Emergency Department treatment"

About: The Northern Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

The worst hospital ever in my opinion.

I went to the emergency at Northern Hospital suffering severe pain in my lower back and tummy. I have a kidney stone history. They kept me there for hours, they tried to put a needle in the vein but they failed 5 times, each time 2 stapes.

Anyway, they called the surgeon to check the pain cause, who decided to undertake a few scans and tests to ensure the reason behind the pain, which was one of them in the morning.

After a couple of hours, the doctor in charge came to tell me that they decided to discharge me whilst the pain still exists, I felt the emergency seems nearly empty, one person at the waiting area and I believe more than 15 staff members around the reception desk talking and laughing.

In my opinion, this is the worst nursing and medical experience that I faced within the health system.
