"Lack of proper care of my late parent"

About: Royal Perth Hospital St John of God Midland Hospital

(as a carer),

My mother went into hospital with a sore foot. 3 weeks later she had passed away with no answers. Me and my sister know she didn’t receive the care she needed.

First she was in midland hospital then royal perth. She was pushed around seeing too many different doctors who I believe couldn't find what was wrong with her. At the end she had an infection which I believe they couldn't find which to me sounds a little bit strange, how she deteriorated so quickly is a worry too.
