My mother had to have cataract operation last week on her right eye. She is already blind in her left and was feeling very scared and anxious. She has also travelled 500km from country NSW to have this done.
She was greeted with a warm welcome and all the staff were kind and patient.
The surgeon came around and answered all the questions that we had and didn't make us feel like an idiot. He and the nurses were all kind and took great care of her.
As she was high risk, they checked on her eye again the next day and the staff in the outpatients area were great as well.
Cannot say enough about how amazing everyone we interacted with were.
"Amazing staff and care provided"
