(as a carer),

My mother recently had eye surgery at the hospital. I had a pleasant experience dealing with all the staff we encountered. I felt the post-operation care nurse Natasha was fabulous. She provided all the information and answered all the queries from my mother & I. She was very professional and down to earth. I believe we need more staff like Natasha working in NSW Health.
