(as the patient),

I recently had a day procedure at Kalgoorlie Regional Hospital.

From the cheery and friendly 'Good Morning' at the Covid checkpoint/entrance the whole experience was fantastic.

In particular, I cannot commend the Day Ward and Theatre/Recovery nursing staff highly enough. What an amazing team!

All of the nursing staff I encountered were incredibly professional, caring and kind. Even though my procedure was relatively minor - I was made to feel welcome, comfortable and valued.

I feel we are truly lucky to have all of you working at Kalgoorlie Regional Hospital - thank you!

Thank you for your very positive feedback regarding our staff and colleagues at the Concierge desk, Day Ward and Theatre/Recovery. It really does matter to our staff when they get such positive feedback. It gives context to our efforts as we continue to deal with the ongoing effects of this pandemic and try to return to normal business.

All our staff work hard to continue to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming service in an environment that is dynamic and unpredictable. I am proud to say thank you to you on behalf of our staff here at Kalgoorlie Hospital for your positive feedback.
