(as a relative),

My mum was admitted to SCGH in late April for some investigations. I feel she received really high quality care right throughout her admission from all the teams who were involved in her care. This was during the lockdown period when we couldn't visit mum - the staff went out of their way to make sure she had everything she needed and we always felt like mum was being well cared for.

As your mum’s admission occurred during a period of lockdown, your family would have experienced additional stress and the staff and I are pleased to hear that you felt confident that your mum was being well cared for during this difficult time.
