(as a service user),

I recently had day surgery at the hospital.

All the staff I encountered were extremely efficient and friendly at all times. They made me feel comfortable and explained the procedures very well .

The aftercare was very good. Even the light lunch was great.

I also had a follow-up visit to the ED a few days later for a dressing change and that experience was also first class.
