"The exceptional care by all staff and volunteers"

Been visiting Prince Charles for a few months now, admitted twice via Ed, and been for numerous test, consultations etc. This has been in both Lung dept and Heart dept. Just had heart ablation, now continuing with lung appointments.

What can I say, from the gorgeous yellow angels at the door to the hunky and handsome chaps who wheel you out to your waiting relatives, the whole experience has been magnificent. There has not been one nurse, doctor, specialist, cleaner, receptionist or student, paramedic and physio who has not given me the very best treatment and experience anybody could wish for.

I am in absolute awe of your skills, commitment, empathy and kindness. You all go above and beyond every aspect of your professions. Feeling very privileged to have been under your care - thank you!.
