"Unreasonable charge and rude/bully service"

My GP referred me to this particular Centre for seeing one of the doctors about my graves disease. Due to the lockdown, I have not received my most updated blood test result before the appointment.

Considering there seems to be no point to see the doctor based on the 3- month old blood test result (especially I just have my second miscarriage at that time), I could not attend the appointment.

I felt the administration staff member blamed me that I did not give a 24-hour notice, but I only knew the blood test result did not come out on that morning. In my opinion, they were so rude and used a very bureaucratic tone saying that if my blood result did not come out, that's my problem and that I was ridiculous.

This person insisted to charge me for not attending the appointment. But I am not their patient, I did not sign any agreement, did not fill any forms, I even did not see any doctors from that clinic, and they insisted to send me an invoice for, what I feel is their rude, bossy service.

I have seen so many practitioners and doctors in Perth and in my opinion, this clinic is ridiculous. I hope that I can make a complaint about this staff member but all the complaints will go to their email so I believe there is no way to make a proper complaint.
