"Excellent care provided"

Recently, my daughter had to be taken to AHC ED by her father for urgent care.

It sounds like the care they received from the reception in ED through to the nursing staff who cared for my daughter, the attending doctors and PLN who was contacted to speak with her was nothing short of excellent. I believe they were kind, considerate and thoughtful with no sense of rushing or brushing off any questions or concerns that my daughter or her father raised, even though the department was obviously very busy and it appeared the staff had a lot on.

I would like to thank all of the staff for their kind and professional treatment of my daughter.
