"Going to get my COVID vaccination"

About: St George Hospital COVID Vaccine Hub

(as the patient),

Was refused vaccination because of age and only Pfizer being available. Had provided my age in registration details so every opportunity to tell me that I could not be vaccinated however I had to cancel work, travel, pay for parking only to be sent away.

My experience was terrible and I am very unhappy & distressed.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your recent experience regarding your COVID vaccination. I am sorry to hear that you felt unhappy and distressed.

The Pfizer vaccination is only available for those who are under 50 years of age. Could I ask you to contact me on 9113 2295 to discuss this further as I would like to investigate the registration process that allowed you to register for the Pfizer vaccine?
