"Attending ED"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

Dad is normally a very independent self caring 80+ yr old. He fell while shopping recently. With pain on every step and increasing through the afternoon, we came to ED Bunbury.

It was busy, I felt they were attentive to everyone and tended to those that seem to matter at the right time. The process was smooth, the staff were informative and caring. We felt we were attended to at every stage, and despite the small wait, progressed to X-ray and CT.

Thanks to the night ED Staff at Bunbury Hospital, Nurses Renae, Vanessa and Fiona, Dr Donna, and PCA Adam.

Excellence in our health care! So valued.

Dear chachapn77,

I am so pleased to hear that your Dad received excellent care whilst in our Emergency Department and that his journey through our system was smooth and informative. I will be delighted to pass on your kind feedback to all the staff involved. I do hope that your Dad is well on his way to being his independent normal self.

Kind regards
