"Hypnobirthing with WACHS Telehealth"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Maternity Telehealth Service - WACHS South West

(as a service user),

My husband and I completed the program via Zoom. This was provided for free via WA Country Health Service. The content of the course was a good mix of practical information regarding what I felt were the mechanics of birthing and covered the range of tools available (including meditation, body positioning, drugs etc.) to assist with labour. We feel positive and confident about the upcoming birth of our bub after the course.

The course was brilliantly facilitated by midwife Kasey, who is really engaging and down to Earth. Based on my experience, don't be put off by the name "hypnobirthing" - the WACHS course is really practical and we are so fortunate to have access to this for free, and from the comfort of our own couch.

Thanks serpensep85 for your feedback,

We appreciate the time it has taken you to tell us of your experience with the WACHS Telehealth Antenatal Class - Positive Birth Program by Hypnobirthing Australia.

We also feel very grateful to be able to provide you with this holistic and up to date program and that you have been able to attend from the comfort of your own couch - so very useful as the days grow shorter and colder!

Thank you for debunking the ideas that come from the title of Hypnobirthing. It truly is a comprehensive program that provides knowledge and tools for all aspects of labour and birth.

Best wishes for your upcoming birth & happy practising your toolkit!
