2021, Frankston emergent hospital department had my child waiting for close to six hours. The staff did not appear to triage well, leaving me wondering if they were short-staffed. In the afternoon, we asked how much longer, only to be told heart problems were not a priority and we could be waiting up to 7 hours not uncommon.
I will take my child to the doctor tomorrow or call 000 if necessary tonight. Very, very disappointed with Frankston hospital.
