"Great care from a great team!"

About: Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital / ENT

(as the patient),

I spent 11 days on Ward G64 at Sir Charles Gardner Hospital following cancer surgery last month. I have to say the nursing and medical care I received was outstanding. The teamwork was great...I frequently heard the nursing staff I believe, saying to one another "Can I help you with this?", or "I can do this for you". It was really nice as a patient to experience that environment of care, for me as a patient and of the nurses supporting each other as well. And I wanted for nothing...constant nursing overwatch and if I needed an allied health or medical specialist consult, it happened really quickly. I was truly impressed.
