Came in for day procedure. Greeted warmly by reception who were friendly and super helpful and nice. Pre-op nurse Matt had a beautiful manner about him, friendly, informative and made you feel welcome and listened to in a short timeframe. I understand he was busy, it was nice to see he took time out to make me feel at ease.
In my opinion, the anaesthetist and Gyne team member were lovely and approachable, made me feel at ease and listened to and helped answer my questions. I also felt the op nurse Chloe was very friendly also a good chat.
I felt the post op team took good care and that they had fantastic mannerisms, were professional, caring and kind. Thank you so much for taking time to make me feel settled and well cared for in a stressful nervous state. Blown away by the amazing staff. Thank you :)
