"Lack of contact about my procedure booking"

About: Esperance Health Campus / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I’ve been waiting over 90 days for a trigger finger release surgery and hadn’t heard or received anything about an appointment until I got a phone call that I’d missed my procedure booking. I hadn’t received anything via phone, post or email advising me of this appointment date. I am hugely disappointed as I’ve been waiting so long and feel this is a major oversight in the bookings department at the Esperance Hospital to not let a patient know of an upcoming appointment.
