"Dedicated nurse"

I am writing to tell you how grateful and thankful my wife and I are towards one of your nurses who is assigned and works in the Eye Clinic

We have been waiting over 12 months for my wife to receive a cornea cell transplant and during that time it has been a very stressful and difficult situation on the family. Each time we visit the eye clinic we got to know the staff there and they were friendly, but there stood-out a young nurse and we got to know him as Andrew.

My wife and I would like to say, thank you Andrew for your patience, professionalism, hard work, and commitment to excellent medical care. I feel I’ve never met a nurse as dedicated as you. You were always there to answer my questions or assisting us, and if you didn’t have the answer you didn’t stop until I felt comfortable with the answers I got from other nurses.

In my opinion, you are such a kind person, and I’m so happy that there are nurses like you. Thanks so much for your patience and empathy; I feel, as well, you have more positively impacted our experience coming into the hospital, in so many ways.
